OVERVIEW This website is operated by MEG Custom Marble by Ziynet A. LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MEG Custom Marble by Ziynet A. LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS & NATURAL STONE DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT) All of our products are handmade using 100% natural stone.

  • Natural Variations: Natural stone is a product of nature. Variations in color, pattern, texture, and veining are unavoidable and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece unique.

  • Illustrative Images: The images displayed on our store are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product you receive may differ slightly in tone or veining from the photo.

     

  • Custom Orders: As our products are made to your specific order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to "change of mind" or natural stone variations.

     

SECTION 5 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 6 - DAMAGED GOODS & CLAIMS It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise upon delivery.

  • Visible Damage: If packaging is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery immediately.

  • Concealed Damage: You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt if the item is damaged. Email ziynet@megmarbles.com with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Failure to Report: Failure to report damages within 24 hours voids any transit insurance coverage, and MEG Custom Marble by Ziynet A. LLC will not be liable for replacements or refunds.

SECTION 7 - WARRANTY LIMITATIONS This limited warranty does not apply if:

  • The product is damaged by using chemical detergents, abrasives, or harsh cleaning agents.

  • Damage results from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents (including burns, cuts, scratches, stains).

  • The product is used outdoors or treated with unauthorized chemical coatings.

  • Any modification is made to the product by the consumer or third parties.

SECTION 8 - PERSONAL INFORMATION Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
