A fireplace is the first thing anyone notices in a room. This Art Deco fireplace surround is made to be that moment. It is carved from Calacatta Viola marble, known for its creamy base and bold plum-to-burgundy veining.

Three stepped, mitred frames step in toward the firebox. The profile feels classic in a traditional home and quietly sculptural in a modern one, and a matching marble hearth slab completes the look.

About the stone

Calacatta Viola is a natural stone. Colour, veining and pattern change from block to block, so your piece will be one of a kind and will not match the photos exactly.

Installation & care

Fitted to the wall with stone adhesive and mechanical anchors, like any marble surround. We recommend a local stone installer or contractor. Clean with a soft damp cloth and a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic cleaners such as lemon or vinegar. Seal once a year.
